Anna Jansen is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has been cooking and baking professionally for 18 years. Anna spends winters as Chef and co-owner of Martin Pescador Lodge in Patagonia, Chile and spends summers baking at her bakery ,Head Tide Oven, in Damariscotta, Maine.
Frans, a native Dutchman, has been fishing and guiding in Patagonia, Chile for over 25 years. His continued innovation in the region brings new fisheries to the program each season. Martin Pescador Lodge is the culmination of years of dedication to this region and the craft.
